As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care, assistance, and emotional support to individuals with varying needs, enabling them to live independently and comfortably in their own homes or care environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care support to individuals, assisting with tasks like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help with mobility assistance, transfers, and moving & handling to ensure comfort and safety.
- Encourage and promote independence through daily living activities such as shopping, cooking, and light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and engage in stimulating conversations or activities to improve mental and emotional well-being.
- Assist with medication management, ensuring individuals receive the correct medication at the right times.
- Monitor clients’ health and communicate any changes or concerns to senior staff.
- Provide emotional and practical support for individuals with complex needs, including those with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, or learning difficulties.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment by following health and safety protocols and infection control measures.
Shift Patterns Available:
- Day Shifts: Flexible working hours
- Night Shifts: Overnight care and 24/7 support roles
- Weekend & Holiday Shifts: Enhanced pay rates

🔹 DBS/PVG check and references required
