This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care to individuals with complex medical needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical care to patients in hospitals, care homes, and private settings, following best practice guidelines.
- Monitor patients’ health status, vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the medical team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV therapy, injections, and wound care.
- Develop and update care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team to meet patients’ specific needs.
- Support patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Provide specialist care, including administering PEG feeds, catheter care, and managing respiratory support devices.
- Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatments, and post-care management.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families, building trusting relationships for optimal care delivery.
Shift Patterns Available:
- Day Shifts: Flexible working hours available
- Night Shifts: Overnight care and 24/7 support roles
- Weekend & Holiday Shifts: Enhanced pay available

Key Requirements:
🔹 Nursing qualification and valid NMC registration
🔹 DBS/PVG check and references required
🔹 Right to Work in the UK is essential
