Bicadel Recruitment Agency is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team and provide essential care and support to individuals in various locations, including:

As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with personal care, daily activities, and emotional support, ensuring they are able to live comfortably and with dignity in their own homes or care facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support with mobility assistance, transfers, and moving & handling.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations or activities to improve emotional well-being.
- Support clients with daily activities such as shopping, cooking, and household chores.
- Assist with medication management, ensuring that clients take their medications as prescribed (under supervision).
- Encourage clients to be active and participate in social or recreational activities to promote independence and improve quality of life.
- Monitor clientsβ health and report any changes or concerns to senior staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment by adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols.
Shift Patterns Available:
- Day Shifts: Flexible working hours available
- Night Shifts: Overnight care and 24/7 support roles
- Weekend & Holiday Shifts: Enhanced pay available

Key Requirements:
- Right to Work in the UK is essential
- Previous experience in care preferred, but full training is provided
- A caring and compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- DBS/PVG check and references required
